Upon getting divine blessings and inspiration from his father Late Prof.Dr.Nilambar Padhi founder of The X-Ray Clinic, State Bank Road, Brahmapur and vital encouragement from the knowledge of Radiology it was established in the year 2000 by the Radiologist Dr.Debasis Padhi, MBBS, DMRD, FCGP and Pathologist Mrs.Dr.Sujata Panda, MBBS, MD, FCGP with the vision to provide quality and reliable diagnostic care to the patients at an affordable cost for improving healthcare facilities in native environment. They consider that health screening and associated diagnostics are important elements for earlier detection and deeper understanding of conditions, providing timely intervention in the disease prevention process. It offers the widest range of diagnostic tests to meet the ever-growing needs of public healthcare. Since its inception the Center has focused on upgrading of the available services successfully with introduction of the “state of art” newer equipments and techniques all the time. Our team of Expert Doctors is supported by latest equipments which include MRI Scanner, CT scanner, Digital X-ray and 4D Ultrasound Machines.

Recently we have started our new centre at Bapuji Nagar in Bhubaneswar, to provide the benefit of our experience and expertise to people of Bhubaneswar and we take pride in being Bhubaneswar’s only facility which offers radiology, pathology, diagnostic procedures and preventive health checkups under one roof (Centrally Air-conditioned 15000 sq ft centre).
Mr.Jaimini Rath,M.Sc.DBM(NMIMS)has taken the full charge of the new unit. With his rich experience of managing corporate business in India and abroad is currently giving the boost to take NIDAN DIAGNOSTICS to a new hight.

Our Brahmapur Centre was also the first medical establishment in the city to have ISO 9001:2008 certification. Currently, it is under process to be accredited by NABH.
